Your path to self-discovery and validation doesn't have to be fraught with uncertainty and skepticism.
Accurate Diagnosis for People who Mask.
We offer quick turnaround on ADHD and autism assessments tailored for individuals who are ready to confirm their neurodivergent identity. Our services are designed for those who want an evaluation without months of waiting.

Not looking for a formal assessment or diagnosis?
Formal assessment is expensive and is not an option for many people. If you would like to have a professional look over your self-report online test scores, ask some deeper questions and answer your questions, we are happy to meet with you for a one-time session ($200 for 55 minutes) and let you know if we think your scores and profile are consistent with autism.
For many people this is all they need.
For official diagnosis options, please see the package options below:
Package Options:
Essential Evaluation
$600
Perfect for those who need a straightforward confirmation, our Essential Evaluation includes comprehensive ADHD/Autism testing, “official diagnosis” and a two-page report. This abbreviated report provides a clear diagnosis and recommendations to help you move forward.
This package is best for those who just want to know.
Comprehensive Evaluation
$900
For those wanting full reports and a deeper understanding of each of the assessment tests, our Comprehensive Evaluation includes the same thorough testing as the Essential Evaluation but with a detailed, multi-page report. This in-depth document extensively covers the scores of each of the assessments, your diagnosis and symptoms.
This package is a good option for those who want to present the report to other medical professionals who might need the results of the specific testing tools.
Advanced Evaluation
$1900
Our Advanced Evaluation is ideal for those who want the most extensive assessment that includes the ADOS-2 evaluation, a gold-standard tool widely recognized by medical professionals. This package is best for those who want to present the report to other medical professionals. However, we prefer using the MIGDAS-2 instrument for its sensitivity to neurodivergent and twice-exceptional experiences as well as inclusivity across all genders, races, and ethnicities. (see more about this on our FAQ page).
This package is best for those who who want to present the report to other medical professionals outside of the neurodivergent-affirming network.
Note: Premera, Kaiser and Regence can be billed for a small portion of the fee. This will reduce the cost by around $100-120. Please contact us for more information.
Differences Between ADHD/Autism Diagnostic Evaluation and Neuropsychological/Psychological Testing
ADHD/Autism Diagnostic Evaluation:
Purpose: Focuses on diagnosing Autism and/or ADHD if indicated (screens for other possible mental health disorders that could explain symptoms and experiences).
Scope: Limited to evaluating and identifying Autism and/or ADHD.
Approach: Neurodiversity-affirming, non-pathologizing framework.
Components:
Social and developmental history gathering.
Diagnostic interview sessions.
Self-report measures and questionnaires.
Follow-up sessions to discuss evaluation outcomes.
Written report with diagnostic information and recommendations (either a two-page letter or a formal report, depending on the package chosen).
Inclusion: Participation of support people and comfort items if desired.
Outcome: Formal identification or diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD, fostering self-acceptance and understanding.
Setting: Conducted by Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) in Washington State.
Neuropsychological/Psychological Testing:
Purpose: Comprehensive assessment of cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral functioning.
Scope: Broad, including many types of psychological testing (battery of tests).
Approach: Can be time-intensive and costly, conducted by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Components:
Extensive cognitive and behavioral assessments.
In-depth evaluation of developmental and neuro-cognitive differences.
Identification of co-occurring conditions, such as mental health disorders and learning disabilities.
Outcome: Detailed understanding of a wide range of potential explanations for behavioral and cognitive differences, often valuable for educational needs.
Setting: Conducted by Licensed Clinical Psychologists, typically includes neuropsychological testing.
